90 Minutes in Heaven is the true story of Don Piper, a Baptist minister who died in a tragic car accident, written by Don Piper and co-writer, Cecil Murphy.
There are three very important parts to this book. Each one, in itself, is well worth reading and gets my recommendation.First is the story of Don Piper’s tragic automobile accident. His Ford Escort was crushed by an 18 wheeler. He died instantly at the moment of the crash, but God had other plans. God spoke to a man waiting in the line of stopped traffic. Dick Onerecker felt compelled to pray for the dead man in the wrecked car and as a result, Don Piper was brought back to life 90 minutes after being pronounced dead.Second is the story of the 90 minutes of Mr. Piper’s death and his time in heaven. His first hand description is sure to make anyone long for their heavenly home. I often think about his impression of the sound of angel’s wings. “A beautiful, holy melody with a cadence that seemed never to stop.”Third and possibly the most powerful part of the book is the story of how he coped with his broken body, surviving a long and exhausting recovery while experiencing constant pain. In this he found a mission in ministering to those who suffer from pain.
This is easily one of the best books of our time! When I started to read this book it completely blew me away that this was a true story about a man who went through all of this. Once you start reading this book it will be hard for you to put it down!

This looks like an amazing book. I enjoy moving books like this and would enjoy reading a book about an after-life experience. So yeah. Strimple where do I get this book?
This book sounds like it would be very good and hard to put down once you start reading it. I like how there are smaller stories inside of the main one. It sounds like it shows a situation and several different perspectives on it. I think it would be interesting to read about one persons perspective who saw what happened and another from the person it happened to.
This book sounds like it would be very interesting to see what this man went through, especially since you mentioned its based on a real mans experience. i think all people are always interested in hearing about what others say they see when they are pronounced dead, and come back.
This book sounds pretty interesting. The fact that there are different parts of the story that are different parts of this mans life makes it seem like a book that would be hard to stop reading. I think I would enjoy this book.
90 Minutes in Heaven sounds really good. I think a lot about what heaven might be like. When I read that the minister comes back to life after an hour and a half I was astonished. That's amazing that he was able to survive such a devastating accident. The man who prayed could very well have had an impact on his survival and possibly some form of divine intervention.
This book sounds like something i would love to read. The fact that its a true story is what initially caught me eye, i would love to hear it from Don Piper's own point of view. The idea that someone was able to come back to life after being pronounced dead is instantly mind-boggling but alltogether makes it that much more interesting.

This seems like a pretty good book to read. Reading about someone dieing and coming back to life is interesting and seems like it will keep you focused in the book.
This book just seems like an amazing book, even though what had happened to him. Just the fact that it had to do with cars, and trucks makes me want to read it because i know there is going to be alot action.
